Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost?
- Kilomeet is free, shops included: see pricing. The app for clubs is free too: see the free run club app.
- What counts as a “new” runner?
- Someone who came to none of your shop’s runs in the previous 13 months. The definition is printed at the bottom of every report.
- Will my shop’s runners be visible elsewhere?
- No. Your store run will appear, if you want, among the runs on the running clubs in Paris page; runners’ names are never published.
- Can I try it before the opening?
- Leave your email on the home page: we will write as soon as we open.
